Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 30 days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier designated by you, take possession of the last goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (VELTELO, support@veltelo.com) of your decision by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter or email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for extra costs arising from your choice of a delivery type other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and not later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction; in no event will you be charged any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

For defective, damaged or incorrectly delivered items, we refund the full purchase price without return shipment – simply send us a photo by email to support@veltelo.com.

For other withdrawals (e.g. change of mind), you bear the return shipping costs. Please contact us before returning at support@veltelo.com so we can provide the return address.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
